North Shore Grant Strategy provides experienced, detail-focused support to nonprofits navigating complex and high-stakes grant opportunities.

With a background spanning federal, foundation, and academic grant environments, I have worked across the full grant lifecycle, from pre-award proposal development through post-award management and reporting. This includes experience supporting grants in university and research settings with federal funders such as CDC and HHS, working within nonprofit organizations managing foundation and federal funding, and serving on the foundation side, overseeing grant proposal dockets and board processes.

My work has also involved developing and managing systems for subrecipient oversight, building and reviewing multi-million dollar budgets, and ensuring alignment across program, finance, and compliance requirements. This experience informs a practical, focused approach: strengthening proposals at the moments that matter most, before submission, so that narrative, budget, and requirements are clear, aligned, and competitive.
